Terms and Conditions

In order to avoid any misunderstandings regarding reservations, the following are our terms of trading. In choosing Flame BBQ as your Specialist Caterer, You are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

 

Confirmation by Customers

All Spit Roast | Hog Roast | BBQ Catering bookings are considered provisional until the receipt of a 20% deposit.

 

Amendments and Final Numbers by Customers

No Changes will be accepted within 10 days prior to the function, this includes catering numbers, final details on timings, food and special instructions.

 

Deposits, Payments and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 20% of the final price is expected to make a firm booking. The outstanding balance is to be paid at least 72 hours prior to the function or can be made cash on the day. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or Cash on the day. Please note that Cash on the day to be made as and when the Chef arrives. We unfortunately do not accept Cheques.

Bar Deposits

There is an £300 deposit to book our Cash Bar. If the venue does not have an alcohol licence we would have to apply for a Temporary Events Notice (TEN). If you have applied for the TEN then please forward this over to Flame BBQ asap. If we have not received the TEN in time, Flame BBQ will have to apply for a TEN and there will be an Additional charge of £30 that will be deducted from your deposit. Bar has to make £500 for the refund to be paid back. We will make use of disposable glasses behind the bar.

 

Flame BBQ reserves the right to require full payment on the day the services are rendered.

The deposit is non-refundable.

 

Cancellations within 7 days prior to your function will incur the full cost.

 

General Liability

We do not accept liability for any failure to provide the service contracted which are due to circumstances beyond our control, including electricity and water failures, or fire alarm evacuation.

 

Public Liability

To protect ourselves against any 3rd Party Claims, Flame BBQ has obtained Full Public Liability insurance.

 

Travel

Travel within a 50 mile radius of RG10 0RR is FREE OF CHARGE. Any distance over that will be charged at £6 for every 10 miles. For distances further than 100 miles from our premises we might also ask the client to supply accommodation.

VAT

All prices on our website are exclude of VAT. Please note that 20% will be added to price online.

 

At Flame BBQ we always aim to beat the traffic through early departure from our premises. If however we should be held up in traffic we cannot be held responsible if the service is not delivered on time.

 

Privacy Policy

Flame BBQ will not sell or forward your information onto any 3rd party agencies.
